Tools for Website and Software Integrations and Automations
One of the reasons Mirex Marketing recommends WordPress is that it probably the most integration-friendly website platform. If a tool does not integrate with WordPress then it is either under-developed or purposely meant to be a closed system, and either of those cases can produce problems for your busines or cause you to backtrack your operations later on.
There are at least two important reasons why you’d want your website to integrate with other tools. One is to ensure that all your marketing is effective and flows well. For example, if we can’t integrate conversion tracking with your website then that makes it harder to evaluate the effectiveness of the ads. Another reason is so you can set up automations for your business which helps your business grow without adding more burden to you or your team.
For multiple reasons, Mirex Marketing does not recommend web builders (WordPress is a CMS, not a “web builder”). Mirex Marketing also generally does not recommend All-In-One software. If you want your business represented professionally and your marketing to work, then you need a business-grade website and tools.

Frequently Asked Questions about Website Terms & Conditions Tools
Click the + icon on each to toggle the answer.
Does my website have to have terms and conditions?
If your website is for a business and you link to third party websites or want to outline any terms for the user to access your website, then yes, it should have Terms & Conditions.
Mirex Marketing is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice. This is for informational purposes only.
Is the Privacy Policy the same page or a different page as Terms & Conditions?
They are usually seperate pages. If you use Termageddon or Termly there will be seperate polices to embed in each page.
For digital advertising it helps to have the Privacy Policy on it’s own page so that any platform which asks for it can have a direct link.
Does my website have to be GDPR compliant if my business is not in Europe?
GDPR applies if you have customers in European Union, not if your business is located in the European Union.
Theoretically a website user in the European Union can come after your business even if you don’t target users in the European Union.
Does my business have to be CCPA compliant if my business is not in California?
The CCPA applies if you have customers in California, not if your businss is located in California.
Theortically a user in California can come after your business even you’re not tareting customers in California.
Which states besides California have personal data protection regulations?
States are passing laws all the time. That’s why it helps to have a tool that automatically updates as new laws are passed.
At the time this page was created there are laws in California, Virginia, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Iowa, Delaware, New Hampshire, Nebraska, New Jersey.
Internationally there’s also the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
Do personal data protection regulations only apply to my website?
They apply to any and ever tool that you use to collect, store and use personal identifiable information. Here are some examples:
Your website uses a contact form to allow users to send you an email from your website. This form at the very least collects their name and email so you can reply.
Your website is connected to an email marketing tool with an optin form on your website. The policy must appy to your website and email marketing tool.
Your credit card processor collects card holder data so you can accept payments from customers or clients and it may or may not apply to your website. The data can even be encrypted to you. You might send invoices through a seperate accounting software or have ecommerce on your website.
You’re running ad campaigns that have ad conversion tracking which is used to identify the user’s behavior, IP address and/or device.
This is not a comprehensive list.
Your policies should be written to include all the tools you use to collect, store or use customer data.
Some of the links to paid resources on this page might offer us a commission at no additional cost to you, if you click on the link on this page to get them. In some cases you might even get a discount by using our links. These are tools that we’d recommend even without the option to receive a commission. Paid or free, they were selected because either we’ve tried them or they have an outstanding reputation within the digital marketing community for being effective and well-developed. The only exception to that is when we provide links to other lists which we don’t control, but they may provide additional, useful resources.
